So excited to visit Sydney, I've been reading the guidebook everynight this week!

I've followed all your email responses, but not so actively participated -- sorry;-) -- due to such a busy work.

Some questions to ask Orn for preparation:

- Does the electrical outlet (the electrical plug) look like what we have in Thailand?
So I can bring mobile charger and camera's batt charger.

- Do you have a hi-speed internet connection at the apartment?
BTW, charged by duration of usage or unlimited use?
Or you think I should go to the internet cafe for more convenience?
I promise to leave my work during the travel, but if possible, I'd just like to check emails a little bit with my notebook while staying there.

Orn, besides the entertainment magazines which Joy has already prepared, anything else you want fromThailand?

Friends,

The immigration and custom process took very long time, about 1 and a half hour!

Then, I had to wait for Lek who flied by Emirates which arrived 1.5 hours after TG.

During I was sitting at the Krispy Kream, I saw a lot of reporters and cameramen coming to my way with a blond hair girl, surrounded with several bodyguards. So, I asked the Krispy Kream girl who that girl is. She said it's Nichol Richie (Paris Hilton's friend)! haha but I didn't see her face, just saw her hair.

Then, during waiting to walk across the road, Orn saw Pooky (cha la la) and her new husband standing next to us. Orn even took the picture of them (Orn acted like a responsible entertainment reporter!)
In the afternoon, Lek and I went to Paddington Market. I met Mew+, her husband, and her mom!!! hahaha I met several famous persons today.

The weather forecast said it would be sunny tomorrow in Sydney but I still don't want to think of where to go. I'm sleepy already. Orn is so worried that what places Lek & I should go tomorrow. There will be rain around blue mountain area so she said we'd better and may be go to fish market.

Orn's apartment is in the center of the city, the same block as Ernst & Young la, very convenient. And I like the view from the balcony. It's on 33th floor. Just 10 minutes walked to Queen Victory Center, but I couldn't buy anything there.

Seems that everything is very expensive here jing jing.

Adding to Joy's report, I'm doing this while they've all gone to bed.

The time is midnight here or 9pm in Thailand, how could I possibly sleep this early!! Early tonight our conversation related with Thai celebrities, I guess it is because of the TVPool and KooSaangKooSom Joy bought from BKK. Let's see what stars or famous figures we are gonna see tomorrow!

Orn's apt. is great, approximately 80-90sq.m. in size, located right in the middle of the CBD with shopping and supermaket right beneath the complex. Only 5 minute walk to Chinatown. We enjoyed spending more than 1 hour to explore goods from the Cole's supermaket which size is just about small Top's in BKK.

BTW, tomorrow we're having big fresh oysters at the fish market. I wish I won't have problem with my stomach. Please wait to read the report from Joy.

Subject: Sunday in Sydney

Dear friends,

I just had Guoy+ Tiew+ Pad Thai, cooked by my friend for dinner tonight. It was very delicious. Orn spent more than an hour cooking this!

Delicious Pad Thai

Today is the warmest day in 2 weeks (according to Orn). The weather is fine and sunny. A bad thing is I forgot to bring my sunglasses with me. and it's very expensive here, so i don't wanna buy a new pair. :(

We walked to Sydney Fish Market for lunch. Also, Orn brought kikkoman and wasabi from her apartment. Unfortunately, kikkoman bottle was not well capped, so all of shoyu was leaked from the bottle! We had to clean the bag on the way to the market (see the picture taken by Lek).

The fish market is a very lively and crowded place. We had salmon sashimi, grilled eel, seaweed salad (japanese style), a dozen of fresh oyster, a big plate of fried squid, cheese stuffed lobster, and Giew^ Goong. Orange juice is also tasty. It's atmosphere is quite like Tsukiji market in Tokyo. You must love this place.

In the afternoon, I went to Circular Quay and walked along the riverside to Sydney Opera House. I like the air here, much more clean than in Bangkok. The surrounding is beautiful.

In the evening, we went to Paddy's Market. This market opens during Thursday-Sunday only, located in Chinatown. Orn said its atmosphere is like Talad Warorod in Chiang Mai. The fresh market section is soooo crowded and we heard Thai language almost all the time. Orn bought a lot of vegetables and fruit and shrimp for her Pad Thai.

Tomorrow, Lek would like to visit one or two interesting museums, and we might go to Bondi beach and have some bakery in the afternoon...

I really like the pic that Joy and Orn looked like the Esan having a picnic in the middle of the beautiful plaza like we can regularly see at Jatujak park.

And at the seafood luncheon, the eating place was so crowded that we have to share our table. Our 2 girls were upset with the Farung family that we kindly shared them half our table. The mother was such a nag and the 2 young kids were such a brat. The father seemed miserable. I felt sorry for them, especially more if they could understand Thai, because we gossipped them so hard. We decided to finish the meal and handed on our (half) table to the Chinese group. I wonder who would be more noisy between the lousy Farang and the Chinese.

The walk way along the seaside of the Circular bay to the Sydney Opera is very far but the weather, the urban planning, the architecture, and the atmoshphere are very beautiful which made the walking very pleasant. I wish we could have something like that on the bank of the Chaopraya river or on a seashore somewhere some day. Lek

So id-cha+ you jing jing. I remembered the Ernst &Young building that located on Market Street or street near it. You can walk to everywhere from there. Very very good location. Orn looked very good at cooking !!!!

Did you ask Mew+ and family for photos? ha ha ha

I also couldn't buy anything at QVB. Did you have plan to walk along the Macantile Road (can't remember the name of the road correctly but it pararelled with George Street and full of old-fashion bldg.)

Joy, your sentence wasn't finished when you said "Pui, I saw your..." what did you see? ha ha ha... It was quite a long walk from circular quay to Opera house. Did you walk until the place in the park behind opera house that there was a chair sitting by (I can't remeber the name but she was the first lady or sth. like that)... She was famous. I couldn't walk that far. Anyway, did you try sitting along the harbour and have some food. Felt very good even if quite a bit expensive.

I was sorry that I didn't go to the fish market. You can walk from Orn's house??? Quite far na... or you took subway ja? They claimed that it was second large in the world after Tsukiji la.

The things in Paddy's Market are the cheapest ones la. However, the quality wasn't good. Almost are made in China. When I went there, also heard a lot of Thai language. Ummm... Did you notice that there were lots of half-breed western-asian. And a lot of them looked handsome !!!! ha ha ha... (I even GREET the guy at liquor shop opposite of Ibis hotel, he looked like Pra-ek in Japanese Cartoon. Even Tee+ also said that he was handsome) he he he...

Did you have plan to floating at night to see Sydney along Sydney Harbour? Ride a boat from Circulay Quay. I thought there was the cheap supermarket near Circular Quay. It can be entered from the Subway. Can't remember the name. But I thought Orn knew it.

Did Lek plan to go to Museum that near China Town? Can't remember name again. But I went there already and it was quite interesting. Very good to take children there, not so boring. It was located at the station of Monorail next to China Town.

So, you didn't go to the Rock? It was opened only Sat&Sun ja. You may go next Sat. ja.

Last Sat. I had lunch with Sarun and Patch. And we went to see movie together and then after movie, went to eat again. Then I had to go back for meeting with my Engineer Friends. But Patch and Sarun went for more desserts at Mon- Nom Sod that now has a branch at MBK. It made me think that we had the same activities as when we were studying !!!!! We met from 12:00 pm and I left at 6 pm. But Patch and Sarun still eating !!!!! ha ha ha

Pui: First of all, what I intended to say is I saw your hotel "Shangri-la" already. It's so Ruu+ and located around circular quay, right? You should get best view of sydney harbour.

Today, the weather forecast said it would be cloudy and some shower in the afternoon. So, we decided we'd better stay indoor. We therefore walked from Orn's place to Hyde Park where Anzac Memorial located. (commemorated Australian's WWI dead.) Orn told me that Anzac referred to Australian New Zealand Army Corporate.

Then, we walked to the Australian Museum. I think it's like a natural history museum. There are exhibitions about Skeletons of human and animals, Birds & Insect section, Minerals, and about the aborigin arts.

After quick lunch, we walked to Art Gallery of NSW. It's a free admission! There is a section about Asian Art. It included three head of buddhas from Thailand. I was sick to see that. However, other sections are good. We spent about 2 hours here. The more I saw aborigin painting, the more I'd like to paint the painting of its kind myself hahaha. Its painting is cute, containing a lot of dots. (I plan to do my aboriginal painting at Orn's place. But, as ususal, I'm too lazy to start doing anything..haha)

Then, we walked to Royal Botanic Garden. We will come here again later because we don't have enough time to see all the garden. We just walked along the waterside to the Mrs. Macquarie Chair to see the sunset behind the Opera House. It was so cloudy this evening. Lek commented that my jacket color is so artificial comparing the nature surrounding.

Pui, if you didn't go to Mrs. Macquarie chair, it meant you missed the best spot to see the opera house and the harbour bridge na ja. We saw a couple of bride and groom taking photos for their wedding studio haha.

The bride dress is too white haha.  

Then, we walked back home! I guess we walked around 6-7kms today (including the distance we walked in the 2 museums).

About your question "Did you ask Mew+ and family for photos?"
ha ha ha Lek asked if I'd like to take a photo with them but I dare not hehe.

Did you have plan to walk along the Macantile Road (can't remember the name of the road correctly but it pararelled with George Street and full of old-fashion bldg.)
Orn said it's Macquarie Street. It's the surname of former governor of Sydney.This street is not far from Orn's place. There are old beautiful building such as Sydney hospital, Library, ....I just went to St. Mary Cathedral which is one of the largest Gothic revival churches in the world.

Yes, we walked to Fish Market but took a bus on the way back home. Along the way to the fish market, we walked across Pyrmont Bridge which can be turned to allow the big ship to pass. Luckily, we also saw the bridge turn at noon.

Orn said its name is Powerhouse museum. Will see if we will have enough time to visit there.

"So, you didn't go to the Rock?" It was opened only Sat & Sun.
We planned to go to Blue Mt. next Sat. However, Orn said that the Rock Mkt on the weekend is smaller than the Paddington market we went last Sat. For me, I thought I was not impressed with it and the prices of merchandise are so high comparing to the product qualities. (but Mew+ spent a lot of her time at this market.)

From St.Mary, the gothic cathedral, to the Art Museum, there is a long underground tunnel called something like Super footway. They are longcontinuous travelators move us to the middle of the green lawn near the Art Gallery of NSW. I think each flight of the travelators must beover 100m long, I even felt that they are longer than the ones at the Suvarnabhum and what surprised me was that they had 3 different slopes in one travelator.

As you can see from the pic, the bride & the groom are Asian, probably Taiwanese or Chinese who like to do this type of taking the wedding pictures. We didn't take much attention as neither the bride nor the groom looked attractive enough.

Pui, you see the pic of Joy in the lawn! She looks just like the Chinese cake decoration, pink and green! Agh the colors are so visually environmental intoxication! Also, I saw Chinese tour group, they were noisy bunch of uncles and aunties dressing in various bright colors, many wore Joy's pink jackets, rushing to go back to their bus.I almost told Joy that they've forgotten one member here, hahahaha.-- Lek

Hello everyone,

It's me again. Today we went to a nearby town named "Blacktown" to visit "Featherdale Wildlife Park". This park allowed visitors to touch koala and kangaroo without extra charge. However, it's quite far from the city, I took the train for 45 minutes and then a bus from the train station for 15 minutes.

The park is very cute and children friendly. There are a lottt.. of Koalas. Our favorite one named "Yuasa". She was born in 2001. She is the one who was not afraid of us and she seems so anxious to know us hahaha. 

There are also a lot kangaroos to play with. Food is also provided for the visitors to feed them. Children like this section a lot. Very cute and very fun taking photos with them.

Apart from these two kinds of animal, there are collections of Australian birds and animals including emus, tasmanian devils, dingos, wambat, and so on. Orn said there is a section of sheeps, goats, and pigs. I saw the signage but I forgot to walk there.

Eventhough I'm not an animal lover, I like this park very much. Very lovely jing jing. In the afternoon, we went back to town and went to the Sydney Tower. Sunset was around 5.30PM today but too bad that there was cloudy and the sun was set behind the thick cloud again.

PS. I like Lek's picture with the kangaroo the most. They looks almost the same. And the kangaroo looked at the camera. When I asked lek to take a photo of me and this kangaroo, it looked to other directions all the time. It didn't like me! (Orn said this kangaroo is gay hahaha)

I agreed with Lek for your clothes la'. ha ha ha....
Sound that you went to a lot of place. For me, I didn't plan well. So, I didn't go as many places as you. You walked so much. Tee+ went to Australian Museum while I told him that I wanted to walk around CBD on that day because my legs were so tired from walking and taking photographs. I was so sorry also that I didn't go to Mrs.'s chair. Your view was so great.

I went to Tarongar Zoo that had no kangaroo at all. But there were lots of children also. About the wedding couple at the garden, I thought they are Australian Born Asian. There were lots of asian in Aus. Even me, I was misunderstood to be the local people !!!! There was one Farang (tourist) asked me the direction !!!!..

Did you see Ibis hotel located at the other end of Pyrmont Bridge? It was located at the shore of Darling Harbour. There are lots fo restaurants there as well. The atmosphere at night was good for dining. So KUKE-KAK and many kinds of food.

From my guide books that I gave you, there is one restaurant (mentioned in a few guidebook) named BBQ King at China town. You may try it when you want to eat red-pork or grilled-duck again. Not expensive ja.

Normally, I walked along the street in the morning and took breakfast from the cafe along the street that looked good. I and Tee+ felt very good for sitting along the street and ate warb bagels with hot chocolate and pefect weather with light wind.

Last year, I saw no speed way or any tunnel at St. Mary. But there was construction in front of the cathedral. Not sure if it was the construction for this tunnel. The garden across the cathedral also had lot of floweres and very good for taking pictures. And across the garden, there were many department stores (and near Orn's house) ner. But everything was expensive. Anyway, I bought some of David Jones and Bloom (for you too...Lip Plum or sth. like that, had you ever use it??? ha ha ha)

Lek looked so enjoy jing jing. And you looked a lot like that Kangaroo!!!! ha ha ha How about Emirate airline? better than TG? Talk to you later ja.

P.S. Let us think that our money for the trip this year is from BH !!!! even if we haven't realized gain yet.

How r u?
Everything is fine here at home. Por is also in good condition after his operations. Spending 4 days in the hospital, he looks better than ever w/o cigarette. He rarely has coughs too.

I met Mor Koy yesterday (May 1) when she visited Por at 1 pm, she confirmed that Por can checked out on Thursday (May 3). Then, Juay just checked the operation expenses with the hospital this afternoon, and the bill shows a very pleasant surprise at THB 54,000 all-in (i/o 100,000 plus as estimated earlier)! Now, u have unexpected savings to spend on your Sydney trip, hahaha.

Tomorrow, I will sneak out of the office at 10 am to check him out and pay the bill with cash (shud get 10% discount) alone, since Juay has to go to Koraj for business all day.

Tell Lek that I vm like his comment on your pics, especially the one that u and Orn were sitting yong-yong in the middle of a nice bridge looking like Esan workers, its very funny!

Hello everyone, I'm lazy to think of english words so I write in Thai this time. ตั้งแต่วันนี้ (Thu) จนถึงวันอาทิตย์ พยากรณ์อากาศบอกว่า Sunny ทุกวัน ..ดีจริงๆ ฮ่าๆ เมื่อวาน (Wed) นั่ง bus ไปเที่ยว Watsons Bay ทาง Northeastern of Sydney ไปดู The Gap มา ..หน้าผาอันไหนที่เรียก The Gap ก็ไม่รู้ แต่ทางเดินริมหน้าผาเค้าล้อมรั้วไว้หมดเลย มีจุดนึงอรให้สังเกตว่ามีป้าย Hotline รับปรึกษาปัญหาชีวิตให้คนโทร.ปรึกษาก่อนกระโดดหน้าผาฆ่าตัวตาย และใครกระโดดหน้าผาจะถูกจับถูกปรับด้วย

เดินตาม walking trail ใน Guidebook ใช้เวลาประมาณ 2.5 ชั่วโมง แดดร้อนเปรี้ยง มีประภาคารชื่อ Macquarie Lighthouse ฟ้าสีสวยมาก (ที่ Sydney นี่ Macquarie ทั้งเมือง) บ้านตากอากาศก็สวยน่ารักทุกหลัง วิวสวย มองกลับมาเห็นกลุ่มตึกสูงๆและ Harbour Bridge มีเรือใบสีขาวแล่นกันเป็นกลุ่มใหญ่ เล็กวิจารณ์ว่าเสื้อจ้อยสี toxic to environment อีกแล้ว ..แต่เราตั้งใจนะ haha

ผ่าน Nude Beach !! เพิ่งเคยเห็นของจริงกันคราวนี้ แต่พอมองลงไปเห็นแต่ผู้อาวุโสรุ่นคุณตาคุณยาย นอนมั่ง นั่งจับกลุ่มคุยกันมั่ง ..รีบเดินต่อดีกว่า กว่าจะตะกายถึงสุดปลายแหลมที่เรียกว่า South Head มี Lighthouse สีแดงขาวสีสันสดใส ..เมื่อยยยมาก

ขากลับไป Circular Quay ตรง Sydney Opera House ลองเปลี่ยนไปนั่ง Ferry ดูบ้าง ...ตอนแรกนึกว่าเป็น Ferry แบบเรือหวานเย็น อืดๆช้า แต่นี่ใช้เวลาแค่ 15 นาที เรือแล่นเรียบดี เร็วกว่ารถเมล์ 2 เท่า วิวสวยด้วย กลับมาที่ Circular Quay ประมาณบ่าย 3 โมง ยังไม่เคยไปเดินดูตึกเก่าแถว The Rocks ใกล้กับ Circular Quay เลยเดินต่อ แวะดู Museum of Contempory Arts เพราะเห็นแก่ Free Admission ...ศิลปะมันคง Modern มากจนดูไม่เข้าใจ ได้แต่เก็บ postcard โฆษณาที่มีให้หยิบฟรีมาคนละปึก

จากนั้นก็เดินไปเรื่อยๆ จนลอดใต้ Sydney Harbour Bridge เจอส้วมเก่าที่สุดใน Sydney (อรบอก) สวยดี จะหาทางขึ้นไปเดินบน Sydney Harbour Bridge ปรากฏว่าหลงไปมา เล็กชักโวยวาย ถามว่าจะเดินไปถึงไหน ..เราต้องเดินย้อนกลับมาหาทางขึ้นสะพานจนได้ (เดินไกลมาก) จ้อยกะว่าจะเดินข้ามไปอีกฝั่ง (อรบอกเรียกว่า North Sydney) เลย แต่เล็กประกาศกร้าวว่าเดินถึงครึ่งสะพานพอโดยสังเกตธง Australia บนยอดกลางสะพานเป็นที่หมาย พอเดินถึงปุ๊บเล็กหยุดเดินทันที ..เดินแค่นี้ทำบ่น แล้วมาคุยว่าอยู่เมืองไทยเดินเยอะ!

ขากลับแวะกินร้าน Pancake ชื่อ Pancakes on the Rock ที่เล็กอ่านเจอจากใน Blog ที่คนที่มาเที่ยว Sydney เขียนลง Internet และอรก็เคยมาลองกินดูแล้ว อาหารที่ Sydney แต่ละจานนี่ใหญ่มาก โต๊ะรอบข้างมีแต่คนตัวอวบอ้วนทั้งนั้น ...Pancake ที่ Little Home บ้านเราอร่อยกว่าอีก (พูดแล้วชักอยากกิน) ออกมาฟ้ามืด เลยได้เห็นวิวตอนกลางคืนด้วย พระจันทร์ส่องสว่างอย่างกับหลอดไฟ Fluorescent แน่ะ เล็กเป็นคน pose ท่าถ่ายรูปเก่งมาก เธอจะไม่มองกล้องตรงๆ แต่ใช้วิธีมองซ้ายมั่ง ขวามั่ง พอเราลองทำบ้างกลายเป็นออกมาประหลาดๆ แข็งทื่อหนักกว่าเดิม

เลยกะจะไปแค่ Royal Botanic Garden แต่เข้าทาง Government House แทน
และจะนั่ง Train ไปดูของที่ IKEA

แต่เอาเข้าจริงวันนี้ (Thu) กลายเป็น shopping day ตอนแรกกะจะไป Botanic Garden ก่อน แล้วไปเดินเล่น IKEA แต่เราห่วงว่าถ้าใช้ตั๋ว Off-Peak Tickets (ซึ่งอรบอกว่าถูกกว่าราคาปกติ 30%) ต้องกลับมาก่อน 5 โมงเย็น และรถไฟมีไม่เยอะ เลยตกลงไป IKEA ก่อน ปรากฏว่าใช้เวลาเดินมากกว่า Walking Trail ที่ The Gap ซะอีก เล็กซื้อของแบบลืมตาย (ยังสงสัยว่าจะมีปัญหาตอนขนกลับ BKK มั้ยเนี่ย) หอบข้าวของหนักชนิดเรายกไม่ขึ้นเลย หนักเกิน 10 กิโลแน่

สมบัติของเล็ก ได้แก่ ตะเกียงอ้วน 5 อัน, ชุดช้อนส้อม 4 ชิ้น 2 ชุด, ที่ใส่จาน (ทำจากไม้ + เหล็ก) 3 อัน, ชุด Handyman Tool ประกอบด้วยฆ้อน คีม ไขควง ... หนักมาก 1 กล่อง, แผ่นอลูมิเนียมรองจาน, ชุดชามแก้ว 4 ใบ..หนักมากอีก, กระจกกลมแบบมีแขนยืดหดได้ 2 ชุด, แท่งเหล็กติดผนัง 3 อัน พร้อมกล่องและอื่นๆที่ไม่หนักมากอีกหลายอย่าง แล้วที่ IKEA ไม่มีถุงให้ใส่ของนะ เล็กต้องซื้อกระสอบอีก 1 ใบใส่ข้าวของทั้งหมด เดินแบกมาขึ้นรถไฟที่สถานี (เดินประมาณ 10 นาที) และยังต้องเดินแบกของจากสถานีกลับบ้านอรอีก เวลาเลยเหลือไปสวนไม่ทัน เพราะสวนปิด 6 โมงเย็น เดินไป Chinatown แทน ได้ยินแต่เสียงคนไทย

มื้อค่ำเรากินที่ร้านจีนชื่อ Superbowl ใน China Town อาหารอร่อยทุกอย่าง ทั้งโจ๊กไข่เยี่ยวม้า ปาท่องโก๋ หอย pipi (หน้าตาคล้ายหอยตลับ แต่เนื่อเยอะ)ผัด XO sauce บะหมี่ผัด king prawn ตบท้ายด้วยแตงโมหวานอร่อย และ Mango Pudding อีกคนละถ้วย นี่เพิ่งกินไอติมไปตอนตีหนึ่งครึ่ง ไปนอนดีกว่า

P.S. About Chinatown, there is a sentece on the front gate read "Within four seas all men are brothers". Do u know what does it mean? Lek guess that it might about chinese who migrated to other countries/continents. They are still all Chinese...that sort of thing. but we r not sure whether it's a correct meaning.

ก็ไม่ได้ซื้อของไรมากหรอก กะว่าพอเปิดท้ายขายของได้นิดหน่อยจิงๆแล้วไม่ได้ซื้อของประเภทเครื่องสำอางค์ไง เลยมีเงินมาซื้อของใช้สบายเลย ส่วนเรื่องการถ่ายรูป ก็ขอบอกว่ามันเป็นเองตามปกติ ไม่ได้เก็กซะหน่อยมันดูดีเองเป็นธรรมชาติน่ะ (ดูดีสุดๆก็ได้แค่นี้แหละ พยายามแล้ววว555) อาหารปกติก็แพงไม่ใช่น้อย แต่เท่าที่กินมาทั้งหลายก็ถือว่อร่อยทุกมื้อเลย ตอนหลังอาหารค่ำทุกคืนเป็นอันต้องนั่งอืด ทำไรไม่ได้เนื่องจากอิ่มจัด วันนี้ถ่ายรูปกันน้อยทั้งที่อากาศสบายมากไม่หนาวไม่ร้อนด้วย โปรดรอดูว่าจ้อยกลับไปจะสวยปิ๊งขึ้นขนาดไหนหลังจากลงทุนซื้อเครื่องสำอางไปเป็นจำนวนมาก(อรก็ด้วย) หากไม่ได้ผลก็คงอ้างว่ากำลังอยู่ในขั้นทดลองใช้เหตุก็เพราะเจ้าของร้านคนขายหล่อ (แม้ว่าจะหมดสิทธิ์แอ้มก็ตาม อิอิ)เชียร์อะไรซื้อหมด!!

You travelled so La-iad mark mark. Went to a lot of places. I've not known about the GAP before. How is the Harbour Bridge? I thought you don't feel scare of height (how is it called in English..? height-phobia.. no.. I thought I've ever read about this word).

The enter to the bridge is so luk-lub as you said. It is near my Shangrila hotel la. I liked sitting in the Ferry from/to Circular Quay. I don't know why but I liked the feeling. Tomorrow, you will go to blue mountain, right? There was a village along the road there that sold famous candys there. But in my opinion, not that so dilicious.

Lek look like Bar'-Horb-Fang jing jing la in your pictures. ha ha ha... But I don't think you looked like those chinese aunties this time. Maybe because there is no that pink jacket in your photos. ha ha ha...

Joy, I went to have hair cut at K.Ton already. I felt nothing special. And he dried up my hair with very strange style and my mom didn't like it. (me either). However, after my own washing and drying, it was better than he dried la'. It was easy to dry by ourselves. I'll let you comment when you come back and see my hair.

There is rain everyday here. So, I can't go to Suan Lum to walk. You will be fitter when comeback because you walk a lot !!!! I read your walking route and felt tired already. So long way jing jing wa'.

I phoned to talk with Koy. She already named her daughter. Her name will be Patamenee. And she told me that Patame is from Oam patame ni... (can't remember) but it's Tibet's prey word. But I told her that I've ever read this prey words from Tomayantee's novel. And she laughed like agree with me. It's typical Koy, don't you think? ha ha ha.. See you in Thailand ja. (because I'll ve 3-day holiday)

Joy, and during the may day, I went to Paragon and finally I ended up bought Loccitane's set without preparation and don't know how !!!!. It's the set of Apple Cider creame, toner, cleansing and scrub. It's 15% discount and the seller gave me extral 5% after. ha ha ha... So, I long+ karom the seller and bought them without knowing myself !!!!!

Lek, Your pose was so model-like !!!! I can't pose like that but it made me the idea that I should begin to pose like you !!!!

Since we went to the Royal Botanic Garden at the beginning of week but didn't spend much time there, today we went there again and visited the Government House. However, We still didn't go thru all sections of the garden because, as an architect, lek'd like to take a close look at the opera house again.

We then took a bus to Bondi beach. As usual, I forced Lek to follow the walking trail to Bronte. Such a long walk again. It was very sunny and a lot of people went there for sunbathing and surfing. will sent u some photos later.

I arrived suvanabhumi airport ontime last night but the walking distance from arriving gate to the immigration is very very far.
However, the immigration process was much faster than in Sydney.

น้องคนไทยช่วยขับรถไปให้ อรพาเที่ยวแบบ Intensive
แวะครบทุกที่ ชั้นชอบนั่งรถไฟที่ Scenic World (ที่จะมองเห็น Three Sisters ด้วย) ข้างล่างเป็นเส้นทางให้เดินดูป่า (ป่าเขียว ต้นไม้สูงแบบแดดส่องลงไปไม่ถึงเลยจ้ะ) มีช่วงนึงที่รถไฟวิ่งตั้งฉาก 90 องศา สนุกดี

อันนี้รถรางของเก่า ตั้งโชว์ไว้เฉยๆ

ออกจาก Blue Mtn ขับรถอีกประมาณ 45 นาที (Speed Limit ที่นี่ให้วิ่งความเร็วต่ำมาก) จะถึงเมืองเล็กๆชื่อ Mount Wilson ต้นไม้สวยมาก ขนาดใบไม้ร่วงไปเยอะแล้วก็ยังสวย น้องที่พามาเล่าว่าเค้ามาเมื่อ 3 อาทิตย์ก่อน ใบไม้เป็นสีเหลืองกับแดงทั้งถนน สวยมากๆ

ที่เมืองนี้มีสวนสวยๆที่เจ้าของเปิดให้คนเข้าไปชม (เก็บเงิน) เราไปสวนนึงชื่อ Windyridge อรเปิดเจอจาก guidebook ว่าเป็นสวนที่สวยที่สุดสวนนึงใน Australia!
ฟังดู over ไปนิดเนอะ แต่สวยดี ถ่ายรูปออกมาไม่สวยเหมือนของจริง

ที่นั่นมืดเร็ว เจ้าของสวนเล่าว่าใช้ gardeners 3 คนดูแล กว้าง 5 acres และถ้ามาช่วง Spring ราวเดือน September ดอกไม้จะเยอะมาก และจะสลับสับเปลี่ยนกันออกดอกทุกสัปดาห์ ดอกไม้ไม่ซ้ำกัน (สงสัยเป็นการโฆษณาให้คนมาเที่ยวทุกอาทิตย์)

รีบหาข้าวกิน เงินสดเหลืออยู่ 20 กว่าดอลล่าร์ เลยคว้า magazines มา 3 เล่ม
กว่าจะวิ่งไปถึง Gate ก็ Final Call ขึ้นเครื่องเกือบคนสุดท้ายพอดี (ของใน duty free เยอะดี ตอนแรกนึกว่าจะเล็กๆซะอีก เพราะเห็นส่วนผู้โดยสารขาเข้าเก่าเน่าขนาดนั้น) ขากลับค่อยนั่งสบายหน่อยเพราะที่ข้างๆว่าง

ตอนนี้เค้ามีกฎใหม่เกี่ยวกับการนำพวกของเหลว ครีม เจล ขึ้นเครื่อง ว่า package ต้องไม่เกิน 100ml. และทุกอย่างที่เป็นของพวกนี้ต้องสามารถใส่ลงในถุง Ziplock ที่เค้าเตรียมไว้ให้ได้ทั้งหมดในถุงเดียว ตอนขาไป Sydney ต้องไปเข้าแถวที่หน้า Gate อีกรอบให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจของที่จะเอาขึ้นเครื่อง เครือง delayed เลย ...ของเล็กไป Emirates บอกว่าไม่เห็นมีตรวจอะไร

และขนาดคิดว่าไม่ค่อยซื้ออะไรนะ กระเป๋าเดินทางถูกติด sticker ว่า "HEAVY"!

นี่ซอยบ้านจู่ๆก็แปะป้ายซ่อมถนน บอกว่ารถจะเข้าออกไม่ได้หลายวัน พรุ่งนี้ไปทำงาน แค่เดินจากบ้านไปหน้าปากซอยมีหวังเหงื่อท่วม

จัดสวนได้ดูดีเป็นธรรมชาติและกลมกลืนไม่เหมือนกับสวนนงนุชหรืออะไรบ้านเราซึ่งจัดเหมือนสวนเด็กเล่นหรือฉากละครฉากลิเกมากไปหน่อย

แต่ก็อาจเป็นเรื่องของพืชพันธุ์และบรรยากาศด้วยแหละ

ตอนแรกคิดว่ามา sydney จะไม่มีไรทำมาก

ปรากฏว่ากิจกรรมก็เยอะดีเที่ยวสนุกไม่เบื่อเลย ไม่ผิดหวัง

และไม่เข็ดกะการเที่ยวกับจ้อยหรอกจ้า ชอบเที่ยวกับกลุ่มนี้อยู่แล้ว

(จ้อยและบรรดาเด็กสาธิตน่ะ) เพราะว่าข้อมูลดี เพลิดเพลิน

ไม่มีใครเรื่องมากหรือมีปัญหา เข้าอกเข้าใจกันดี เที่ยวแล้วสบายใจจ้า

(ต้องพูดเอาใจไว้หน่อย ไม่งั้นเดี๋ยวทริปหน้าจะอดไป)

ที่ทึ่งก็คือว่า เราคิดว่าเราเป็นนักเดินอึดอยู่แล้ว

ขาออกที่ Sydney Airport น่ะ สงสารจ้อยรอแถวการบินไทยเป็นชั่วโมง

เราเดินรอเดินดูร้ารหลายรอบจนไม่รู้จะดูอะไร

พอของเราEmiratesใช้เวลาแป๊บเดียวรอ5-10นาทีก็เสร็จเลย load

ไอ้เจ้าหน้าที่ชั่วร้ายคงเห็นเราเดินมาโดดๆคนก็ไม่ค่อยมี เลยสุ่มเราอีก
เข้าใจว่าอาจเป็นเพราะกระเป๋าเข้าเครื่องสแกนมันคงเห็นอุปกรณ์ประหลาดๆ
เลยโดนซะ บอกว่าเป็นของIkeaรู้จักไหม ก็ไม่รู้จัก

กว่าจะทำความเข้าใจว่ามันเป็นอุปกรณ์แต่งบ้านมันก็ทำหน้างงๆและพยายามพูดเปรยๆว่าให้ไปเสียภาษีซะและคราวหน้าก็อย่าซื้ออะไรกลับมาเลย
พูดโง่จัง! มันเป็นกฎระเบียบที่เขาต้องทำการเก็บภาษีของนำเข้า-ท่านว่างั้น!
ไอ้เวลล์! เราก็ประชดมันว่าไปส่องหาคุณนายต่างๆที่เขาถลุงเงินขนเครื่องเพชรและของแฟชั่นดีกว่านะ

เมื่อเราทำนึ่งไม่สนใจมองหน้ากันพักนึงมันคงรู้สึกว่าไม่สำเร็จไงตูก็ไม่จ่ายตัง

ก็เลยปล่อยมา แถมโดนเราใช้ให้มาช่วยรูปซิบปิดกระเป๋าอีกเพราะก็รู้อยู่ว่าเปิดมาแล้วมันย่อมปิดอีกไม่ลงใช่ไหม

เฮ้อมาเซ็งก็ตอนกลับบ้านนี่แหละ

I arrived home safely and the plane was on time.

Thank you very much for your hospitality jaaa. i had a great time there (eventhough I a bit Sia+ Dai that we didn't have a chance to drink the Boost's smoothies).

At first, i thought 9 days might be a bit too long. However, there are several interesting places we haven't visited yet. Time flies!

Orn, I just noticed that I forgot to bring the cd case and the organizer for the closet with me!! they are in the small room. I thought that because of their black color, I didnt' notice them. How short memory I am.

So, what I'd like to say is there is no need to bring it with u. Could u just bring me at the time u ship your stuffs for moving back to Thailand in Oct. It's not hurry at all.
